make necessary changes. In this case, NETWORK SERVICE needed to be added with Remote Launch and Remote Activation permissions. 【解决办法】： 开始→控制面板→管理工具→组件服务 再次得意一下，呵呵，问题解决了，重新启动就再也不会有这个烦人到报错对话框了。
据说安装SP1的Windows2003都会有这个问题。
